DIRECT RESPONSE AND TELEMARKETING
A successful direct mail program can provide a secure foundation for a non-profit organization's fundraising efforts. To assist in building this foundation, we will review, design, and/or implement any aspect of a direct mail or telemarketing program, including donor acquisition, donor development, membership renewal, monthly giving, gift acknowledgment, new member/donor welcome packages, and donor cultivation programs. Services include auditing programs and recommending ways to achieve a more effective and efficient program, developing requests for proposals from outside vendors and assisting with the implementation of new systems, and designing and implementing programs as a full-service consultant.

We will help you review your web page to insure the strongest and clearest donor solicitation potential. We will work with you to develop a network of donors with whom you communicate regularly via e-mail and integrate your direct mail and web responsive donors into a coordinated fundraising program.

Successful direct response programs demand excellent systems for cashiering, tracking, recording, acknowledging, and reporting on all gifts in a timely, efficient fashion. By developing a carefully considered long-term plan, we can help you avoid the problems that often develop when existing systems are no longer adequate to the needs of a growing program. When appropriate, we can solicit proposals from outside sources and assist in the conversion from one system to another.
